Ok, so most of us don't like the new party exp. It's doubtful that it will go back to what it was, but it seems to me that the reduction is too great (just like the exp table change was too great).
Perhaps a 20% exp reduction with two players and a 10% reduction for each player after that, meaning a full party of(cheap bright shadow gold) six reduces exp per mob by 70%. This would make people use smaller parties (and possibly give mystics a better chance of finding one) and make killing the mobs more of a challenge. Some mobs, at some levels, wouldn't be worth the effort. I went to Inferno Keep at 40, with a full party. Fantastic exp. Even if the old system of exp gain were in place (and it should be), under the proposed party system it might not be worth it (and I was lucky to have a really good mystic there, too, not all of them are that good).
Of course, this absolutely kills dungeon runs for exp, but if gamepotusa wants to slow down leveling and still keep Seal Tower relevant, bring back permanent tigers but make it that you need 500 green cards to get one. The exp in Seal would be lousy, but you're still working for something. DB gives 25 green cards, I believe, but the exp would be awful since it requires six players to enter. More armor and weapons for green cards would be nice, too. (Of course, even if you could just earn a 30 day tiger for 500 green cards, many would still do it. Make a 7 day tiger 300 cards, or vary it by level.)
